Dr. Tim Hough is an accomplished executive with a track record of success in business. With over 30 years of experience, he has developed a unique blend of strategic vision, operational expertise, and leadership skills that have helped him to drive growth and profitability in start-up, Fortune 500, and Private Equity environments.

As the current Principle of Hough and Associates, Tim has established himself as a thought leader in the industry, working with clients to design and implement business solutions that drive business results. His ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely has made him a sought-after speaker at industry events and an adjunct professor at Texas Christian University and Saint Louis University.

Before founding Hough and Associates, Tim served as an Officer at several companies, where he was responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of strategies that supported business growth.

Tim holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a Master's in Organizational Informatics from Saint Louis University. Tim also holds a Ph.D. in Business Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Tim is committed to giving back to the community and is actively involved in several philanthropic organizations. When he's not working, Tim enjoys spending time with his family and pursuing his passion for long-distance cycling.
